Full-time:

We are currently interviewing for these positions:

Team members
At Title Company of America, Inc., (TCA) each mortgage broker or banker client deals with one team. Their principal point of contact is their salesperson. Next, it’s their Team Leader. Other team members will be working with clients, borrowers and attorneys on specific issues.

Each TCA team functions like a small, independent title company. Unlike our competition, TCA team members are cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks from examining, through funding to recording. Rather than doing the same job daily for years at a time (at our competitors), our team members work with each other on different tasks every day as needed. No two days are the same.

Each teams works with a cluster of clients to develop personal relationships. Every client is different—different markets, different staffs, different ways of doing business. Large, stratified companies can never get to know and serve their clients well. They spend too much effort ($) getting clients to do business their way. We let our clients be themselves.

Team members typically have bachelor’s degrees in business, finance or related fields, and at least five years experience. Computer literacy and customer service excellence are musts. We use SoftPro (http://www.softprocorp.com) products for title processing and Microsoft office products for communication and accountability (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access).

Salespersons
Our company is results-oriented. This is not just jargon; we live it. We make mistakes, but we admit them; we don’t cover up or shift the blame. We have an on-time funding guarantee; “If [we] cause a delay in funding, we will reimburse the borrower $100 for their inconvenience, plus actual costs incurred.” If other title companies won’t back their promises in writing, what makes you think they’ll back their salespeople in the field?

Does your client base value quality? Send us your resume. If you’re looking for a title company that sells cheaper, look elsewhere. We compete on quality and get our price from every client we service.

Put your good judgment, personal integrity and experience in the industry to work for you. Be a front-line problem-solver. Our salespeople don’t get ‘cold-call cold-feet.’ They know the whole team is right there with them. Cut out your job-related stress; our people know and like each other, their clients and their jobs.

E-mail your resume, three references and salary requirements to scheffer@ticoam.com.
